Georgia Justice Project Family Visitation Program

Georgia Justice Project strengthens our community by demonstrating a better way to represent and support individuals in the criminal justice system and reduce barriers to reentry. - See more at: http://www.gjp.org/

The Criminal Justice Sub-committee of the Partnership Ministry of Hillside Presbyterian Church and First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta provide support for the Georgia Justice Project Family Visitation Program. The program uses volunteers who serve once a month as a driver or chaperone transporting families to visit loved ones in prison. These visits take place on the second Saturday of the month. Volunteers are rotated on an as-needed basis.
